Knowing how long it takes for me to write a regular blog post, I thought I’d share a shorter one featuring some highlights from last month’s trip abroad to Hong Kong and Europe instead.
It was an absolute privilege to be able to visit the port cities shown below, and to see (as well as capture) some of these iconic structures and cityscapes for the first time. As always, the photos below are best viewed large, so feel free to click on any image to view the post as a slideshow.
First up: Rotterdam, Netherlands. I had the opportunity to photograph the Erasmus Bridge from several angles but this dusk shot from Leuvehaven would have to be my favourite.

The warehouse district of Speicherstadt in Hamburg, Germany was high on my list of photography spots to visit…

It was unusually warm in Europe (at least for May) and we were very grateful for the pleasant weather and clear skies we experienced in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Last but not least, a city I’ve visited many times and spent part of my childhood in, though at the time hadn’t yet been bit by the photography bug…Hong Kong.

Hoping to feature these images and more in upcoming posts, so stayed tuned!
