25 June 2016 – This life-size mural of a young girl holding balloons was created by Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic, whose work may be familiar to those who have visited Georgetown, Penang. It is is located just outside the mall at Straits Quay and certainly stands out against the stark white exterior of the building.
All this image needed was a desaturation of the background to make the girl stand out a little more!
